You answer 82 questions in 120 minutes, usually on a tablet. There are up to 120 points and you pass with 60. Since 1 July 2025, partly correct answers also earn points: if a question has two correct answers and you select one of them, you earn one point.
Yes. The questions stay in German, as in the exam. You can see a translation and explanation in English, Arabic, Turkish, Ukrainian or Russian. This helps you understand the material and learn German technical terms. The real exam is in German.
The AI examiner presents typical security cases, for example at a nightclub entrance or shopping centre. You type your answer, get feedback with the relevant legal rule and receive an evaluation with points at the end.
